Enchanted forest-Westwood Plateau trails

Enchanted forest trail -back again today....it's raining out so tucking ourselves into a forest trail keeps us dry.

What's that I hear?

Fingers attacking a fern.

George skipping.

Hairy arms

I love this about nature...recycling at it's finest, a tree growing within an old trunk.
A couple hours later, we're almost out of the forest.

Just in time, it's clearing up!

We have an area of forest near us with specimen trees, it's all creepy like that, really weird place with some HUGE pine cones, hard-hats required in the summer!
Forest is off-limits now though, too many deer about!

That was a scary and interesting forest, were you scared? Or too busy with all the scents?

Please join our beagle list, it's free and a great way to meet other beagle owners.

It's called Happy Tails, it's a Yahoo!Groups list.

Here's a link

Wow!!! And your beagle babies are off leash here?

I'd love to take Duke on a hike like this when we're back on the westcoast next year!

These are wonderful photos and I love the shot of the beagle butts :)
